Regional All-Natural Quick Service Chain Announces New Lines of
Two-Egg Breakfast Sandwiches
DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
Good
Times Restaurants Inc. (NASDAQ: GTIM), operator of Good Times
Burgers & Frozen Custard, a Colorado favorite quick service restaurant
chain best known for its fresh, high-quality, all-natural products, is
debuting a new line of double-egg breakfast sandwiches and breakfast
potatoes.
The following new menu items, which debuted in late May and will be
added to the permanent Good Times menu, are sure to fill customers up
for the full day ahead:
-
Bacon & Cheddar Breakfast Sandwich: Two eggs, cheddar cheese and bacon
atop bread from local Izzio’s Artisan Bakery.
-
Tuscan Breakfast Sandwich: Two eggs, pesto, tomato, and balsamic
vinaigrette atop bread from local Izzio’s Artisan Bakery.
-
Wild Spuds: Seasoned breakfast potatoes
“Our Hatch Valley Green Chili Burritos have been a big hit and the
number one requested item is an egg sandwich so we know our customers
will love them,” said Scott Lefever, COO of Good Times Restaurants Inc.
“Not only do they feature two eggs, which is unusual in the quick serve
breakfast market, but the price is comparable to traditional one-egg
sandwiches that you would find at the nationwide fast food restaurants
and the quality is comparable to breakfast sandwiches at fast casual
bakery concepts.”
During breakfast hours, which last until 10:30 a.m., the breakfast items
are available in a combo deal of sandwich, spuds and a drink for $5.99
and the sandwiches are available a la carte for $3.79.
During the summer months, Good Times will also be celebrating their
four-legged fans by offering a free frozen custard treat known as the
Pawbender to customers who bring their dogs with them to a Good Times
location. The Pawbender is made with Good Times vanilla frozen custard,
dog biscuits and peanut butter drizzled on top and the promotion will
run throughout the months of June and July. While no purchase is
necessary to receive the free treat, the dog must be present to redeem.
